It’s pink, slightly salty and squishy- and one student managed to eat a whole can of it in less than three minutes. Yep, it's everyone's favorite (or most feared) mysterious indulgence, Spam.

On Tuesday, Oct. 4 the Pilipino American Collegiate Endeavor (PACE) held its annual Spam eating contest in the Cesar Chavez quad, as a precursor to its annual “SPAM” concert. The eating contest featured nine eager competitors, devouring raw, uncooked, spam in three minutes.
