On February 16, Britney Spears shocked fans by walking into a San Fernando Valley salon and shaving her own head. The pop star requested that salon owner, Esther Tognozzi, do the honors but she refused. Spears then took matters into her own hands. Photos released show a smiling but teary-eyed Spears, as she buzzed her hair down to the stubble. Spears was then quoted as saying, “My mom is going to freak.”
