Cinema major Danielle Deffenbaugh worked all semester in her directing class to work up to one night: Monday, Dec. 14, 2009.

With help from her friends and classmates Peter Bockman, Ruben Contreras, Andy Dulman and Justin Plummer, Deffenbaugh filmed her directing final project. To complete the project, Deffenbaugh had to set up a filming schedule, work with her actors and after filming, edit the final product.

Deffenbaugh filmed a short scene in which Dulman played an older brother trying hard to intimidate Bockman's character out of taking his sister on a date. Contreras and Plummer worked on lighting, filming and any other things that Deffenbaugh needed help with.
