Muni services disrupts, car goes off track

Muni services have been disrupted due to a derailment of a train car between the Castro and Forest Hill stations that happened early this morning, according to a San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency official.

At 7:35 a.m., the second car of an outbound two-car L Taraval train came off the tracks in the Twin Peaks Tunnel, said SFMTA spokeswoman Kristen Holland.

No injuries have been reported and bus shuttles are being provided for between Castro and West Portal stations, said Holland.
