Muni services have resumed after safety tests and inspections were completed successfully Tuesday evening, according to San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency official.

The Muni lines K/T, L and M were disrupted early Tuesday morning after a car train derailed in the Twin Peaks Tunnel.

There is an ongoing investigation of how the incident happened.
