Blue Snowflake
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Gin
1 oz Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
½ tsp egg white
Add ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Rim a martini glass with confectioner's sugar. Strain ingredients into a chilled glass.
Jack Frost
8 oz Hot Cocoa
Shot of Jack Daniels
Peppermint Schnapps
Prepare hot cocoa as directed. Add a shot Jack Daniels and a dash of peppermint. Serve in an Irish coffee mug and garnish with a candy cane.
Cranberry Soused
2 oz Absolut vodka
1 oz Godiva liqueur
1 z cranberry juice
1 tsp cranberry sauce
½ oz chilled Champagne
Add all ingredients (except the champagne) into a cocktail shaker half full of cracked ice. Let stand for a full minute. Shake for a full minute. Strain into two chilled martini glasses. Top each glass with champagne.

Bailey's Irish Crème
Milk or cream
Pour into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover, shake, and strain into a chilled martini glass. If desired, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Ice Queen
1 oz light rum
½ oz Galliano
½ oz Apricot Brandy
2 oz Pineapple Juice
¼ c lemon juice
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an orange rind.
Nuts n' Berries
½ oz Strawberry Vodka
½ oz Frangelico
½ oz Raspberry Chambord
½ oz Irish Cream
Pour into cocktail shaker. Cover, shake, and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Coveted Caramel Apple
1 ½ oz Vodka
1½ oz Apple pucker
½ oz Butterscotch Schnapps
Squeeze of lime
Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover, shake, and strain into a chilled martini glass
The Fruitcake
1 oz Citron Vodka
½ oz Apricot Nectar
½ oz Pineapple Juice
½ tsp egg white
Pour into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover, shake vigorously, and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Holy Holly Berries
4 c crushed ice
2 c pomegranate juice
½ c ginger ale
¼ c brandy
1 bottle Champagne or sparkling wine
Pomegranate seeds (optional)
Combine the first five ingredients in a pitcher. Pour about one cup of the champagne mixture into each of eight champagne flutes. Garnish with seeds, if desired.
Snow Plow
8 oz Hot Chocolate
1 oz Bailey's Irish Crème
1 oz Malibu
½ oz Crème de Cacao
Prepare hot chocolate according to package directions. Pour ingredients into an Irish coffee mug. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle cinnamon on top. [X]
