The 2nd annual Bay Area Senior Games were held on March 10-11 at Stanford University. With over 1,000 seniors athletes competing in over ten events, they hope to prove that keeping fit and living a healthy and competitive lifestyle is possible at any age.

Many competitors, including racewalkers Jack Bray and Leslie Sokol, are preparing for the 2009 Senior Olympic Games, which will be held in the Bay Area.
