A growing number of Bay Area drivers fuel up with waste vegetable oil as the growing lack of regular fuel is becoming aware by many.  Teddy Wiant works at Bay Area Biofuel, a plant in Richmond which turns used vegetable oil from reestaurants around the Bay Area into biodiesel, an alternate form of fuel for diesel engine cars.
