We're ALL in this together

Today was a super hot day in the computer lab. Basically it was Oscar day, which meant we all wore black. It was a dumb day to wear black because it was hot. So yesterday we were rushing to finish on time. I was worried because I didn’t have many opinions on my story. So I was basically focused on putting all the information I had. It was bad to have to do writing an assignment in the computer lab because it was hot. Even the fans didn’t cool us down. Luckily we have staff that care about us. Mary Anne was kind enough to bring us refreshments that were cold. I would have preferred icy cold but it was a hot day and anything cold was good. Also Jesse brought us ice cream. It started melting fast. We all really appreciated the gesture.

The rest of that time I spent on the computer just hanging out talking to my friend while she send me some pictures of Friday the 13 the last day of school. It was fun because we had the funniest flashbacks on what happened that day. I was also just looking around for more election information.

At the end of the day we went to Pizza Orgasmica. We were all excited to not eat cafeteria food again. The bad part was we had to stand in a bus stop facing the sun while we all were wearing black. Finally once we got off the bus we walked. I was excited because one of my friends, Rosana, who came to BAMMA last year, said she was coming. So once we got there it was amazing to see their Morocco style. The music of course did not go with the theme of the place. It turned out Rosana didn’t come which was sad for me because on the last day of school I did not get to say good bye to her. So we all talked and I saw Aaron who had been in my peer resources class in ISA. Edgar and I told him on how the school has changed. The pizza wasn’t like the greatest in the world. After a while Justin and I got bored and we started singing of key. It was so much fun. After we finish our pizza and left we all sang in the bus stop on top of our lungs. I had too much soda so I was bothering my friend over the phone. She was laughing because I started singing.
