Third Anniversary of Iraq War Sparks March

Bringing out an array of activists, a crowd of 25,000 gathered for a march to oppose the Iraq War. The demonstration began with a rally at Civic Center and proceeded along the Tenderloin, South of Market and back to Civic Center, on March 18, 2006. The event was of many, throughout U.S. cities and the world, symbolizing the third anniversary of the Iraq war.
