Singer Rihanna Sends Out An ‘S.O.S.’ Over the Airwaves

Auction Gives Wearable Art a Runway for the Money
Students from SF State and The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising used clothing obtained from the St. Vincent de Paul Society of San Francisco to create one-of-a-kind wearable art fashions out of second-hand donations in a project entitled ‘Discarded to Divine’. The pieces will be auctioned at the Gensler on April 6.

Interpretive Dance
Set merely against a large back-lit stage screen, the University Dance Theatre (UDT) - a repertory dance company made up of advanced dance majors at SF State - performed nine separate works of original choreography on March 24, to an audience of about 300 people. The two-hour show began at 8 p.m.

Love Plays at SF State
