Within the last week 157 people in 23 different states have fallen victim to a strain of E. Coli bacteria found in certain bagged spinach, ultimately resulting in one death. Many supermarkets are recalling pre-packaged spinach and some restaurants are even refusing to use spinach in their dishes. Students at SF State share their stories of how the spinach scare has affected their daily lives.
